Clinical Supervision

Supervision is more than case discussion, it’s a reflective, supportive space to think about your work, your role and your development as a practitioner.

I offer clinical supervision for therapists, trainees and mental health professionals looking for a space that is both structured and relational. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and enriched by a strong emphasis on reflective thinking, ethical awareness and practitioner wellbeing.

Whether you’re newly qualified or experienced, supervision can offer you:

  • A safe space to explore challenges in your clinical work

  • Support with decision-making, boundaries, and professional growth

  • Space to reflect on your emotional responses and areas of personal development

  • Guidance when working with diverse client backgrounds, including culture, faith, and identity

I work with therapists from a range of modalities, and while my own foundation is in CBT, supervision is tailored to your needs, not your modality. For those working with South Asian, Muslim, or other marginalised communities, I offer culturally informed supervision that recognises the complexities of identity, intersectionality, and systemic issues — without placing the burden of explanation on you.

Whether you're seeking support, growth, or simply space to think out loud — you’re welcome here.
